Es wurde zwar im Bundestag verabschiedet, aber der Bundesrat hat es - trotz Vermittlung - abgelehnt. Damit treten auch die neuen Aufbewahrungsfristen noch nicht in Kraft. Am 5.10.2012 hatte der Bundestag das Gesetz nach der 2./3. Lesung endlich verabschiedet (http://www.jahressteuergesetz.de/jahressteuergesetz-2013/jahressteuerges...). Am 17.01.2013 wurde der Einigungsvorschlag des Vermittlunsgausschusses für das JStG 2013 vom Bundesrat abgelehnt (http://gesetzgebung.beck.de/news/jahressteuergesetz-2013).
