Manche haben diese mit Erstaunen zur Kenntnis genommen, manche haben das natürlich immer schon gewusst. Rainer Ullrich (Geschäftsführer der Infora Gmbh) gab in seinem Vortrag vom egovday 2011 in Berlin folgende Antwort: „DOMEA lebt, aber nicht so wie erwartet“. Er nannte dazu auch neue Lösungskonzepte. Von der Bundesverwaltung ist zwischenzeitlich auch die Nachfolge geregelt. Es handelt sich dabei um das „Organisationskonzept Elektronische Verwaltungsarbeit“. Der Entwurf wurde für das erste Halbjahr 2011 angekündigt, ist aber bis heute offiziell nicht verfügbar. Das Konzept wird u.a. von der Firma IMTB mitentwickelt.
