<description>Unraveling Ancient MysteriesFor a scientific study of volcanoes or a study of Pompeii in Ancient Rome, this site is excellent. It is exceptionally well organized, with numerous hyperlinks that allow students to delve for more specific information. Many illustrations are animated, supporting an understanding of the text and also creating a high level of interest. The text is straight forward and uncomplicated.
