<description>Games for Educators is a web site provided to you by the Chicago Toy &amp; Game Fair and Live Oak Games to promote the use of games in education. 

Why use games in education? Three reasons:

   1. They help students learn. Browse the stories on this site and you&#39;ll see it time and time again. When people sit down to a game, they fully engage their minds. Intellectually, socially, emotionally... there simply is no better way to engage a student&#39;s mind than through the use of a game.
   2. They&#39;re fun.  Whether you love the thrill of competition, the challenge of an intriguing puzzle, or simply getting together with friends, there&#39;s a game out there for you.
