I've been having a play around with IE7 and to be honest I haven't seen anything yet that would make me desert Firefox. The only features I've seen that IE7 has so far that Firefox doesn't are:

infoRSS is a lightweight, non intrusive, RSS, ATOM, NNTP and HTML headlines reader for Firefox, Mozilla, Netscape and thunderbird, designed by Didier Ernotte. The extension installs a small icon (looks like an earth) in the status bar. The headlines are displayed in the beside this icon in the status bar or in a separate bar (top or bottom of the screen). The interface is very simple to use: drag and drop new url of feed onto the extension icon to add a new feed or click on the extension icon to select a specific feed to read. The feeds can be grouped to allow multi feed fetch and filter can be used to limit the number of headlines.

I develop and build optimized versions of certain Mozilla applications, specifically the Mozilla Firefox browser, the Mozilla Thunderbird email client, and the Mozilla Suite. My builds are designed for the Windows OS platform(s) and provide enhanced security, stability, and speed. For example, with the Firefox browser, I have found a noticable increase in browsing speed when compared to the official Firefox builds, as evidenced by this analysis. The builds I release are "Community Edition" builds and thus are not officially supported by the Mozilla Foundation. Please read this disclaimer for a full explaination.

BookmarksHome makes a pretty startup page out of your bookmarks. The layout of this page is highly customizable. Items high in the bookmarks tree (as you see it when you open the Bookmarks menu) will appear at the top of the page. Changes in your bookmarks will be visible after reloading the BookmarksHome page. Take a look at the screenshots to see what BookmarksHome is about. If you have created your own stylesheet, you can post it here. A brief explanation and some stylesheets can be found here. Of course, any kind of comment or suggestion is welcome.

This version works with Firefox 1.0.4 to Deer Park Alpha 2. KNOWN BUGS: Tagging a bookmark with too many tags can cause Firefox to crash or stall because of the fact that as many bookmark copies are created as there are permutations of its tags. Firefox then becomes slow on start up and shut down, and it seems the only way to fix it is to uninstall Bookmark Tags. This behavior is completely unacceptable. Expect a revamp of Bookmark Tags in the next version. In the meantime, please don't tag bookmarks with more than three or four tags. BUG FIXES: Pernicious Linux bug eliminated; Livemarks can now be properly tagged; support for Deer Park Alpha 2.
